Managing the Cold in Espedalen – Spike Johnston

After a string of ski tours in Norway during March and April, with high
temperatures and melting snow, we decided to go earlier in the year. In February
2026 Helen and myself went to Espedalen for an easy trip and spent ten days in
challenging conditions with temperatures reaching -27C and white-outs. It was a
very memorable trip.
